At Humble Hustle, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With original tags still attached
• In original packaging (where applicable)

Non-returnable items: Sunglasses, undergarments, and any item marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned for hygiene or clearance reasons.

3. How to Start a Return

1. Email Humblehustleclo@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us at your own cost, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Let us know in your return request and we’ll process an exchange based on availability, once we receive the original item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company — processing times can vary.
